Every new Requirement Studio account receives a 7-day Pro trial at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan — you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing to a paid plan.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Refunds are generally not available for subscription renewals (charges after the first billing period), as renewal reminders are sent before each charge. If you were charged due to a technical error or forgot to cancel before renewal, please contact us — we review these cases individually and will make reasonable accommodations.
For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the first payment. Cancellations after 30 days will receive access through the end of the annual period but are not eligible for a pro-rated refund unless agreed separately in a written contract (Enterprise plans).
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual contract agreed at time of purchase. Contact your account manager or [email protected] for details.
All payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card or other payment method used at checkout) within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
