By accessing or using Axtelica DeliveryAI and Requirement Studio ("the Service"), operated by Axtelica ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Axtelica provides an AI-powered software development lifecycle (SDLC) platform. Requirement Studio is our first module — it enables enterprises to extract, analyze, clarify, and finalize software requirements using AI. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related documentation.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use; sharing credentials is not permitted under single-seat licenses.
Requirement Studio is offered on the following plans:
Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial automatically. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, the account downgrades to the Free plan. Trial limits and features are described in the product dashboard.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal within the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data and access remain available until that date, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service, including documents, transcripts, requirements, and exports. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service to you. Your data is never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Axtelica and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand, technology, or content beyond the limited right to use the Service as described here.
The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing) and Paddle (payments). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU USE AI-GENERATED REQUIREMENTS AND OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXTELICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axtelica and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. Free accounts may be deactivated after 12 months of inactivity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
