Is there really a free plan forever?

Yes. The Free plan stays free with 1 project and 3 runs total. It's enough to evaluate the tool on a real interview transcript and see what extracted requirements look like.

How does the 7-day Pro trial work?

Every new signup is automatically placed on a 7-day Pro trial — no credit card required. You get full Pro limits (20 projects, 100 runs/month, 5M AI tokens/month) for the trial period. When the trial expires, your account auto-downgrades to the Free plan and your data stays intact.

What counts as a 'run'?

One run is one full extraction pipeline — pasting a transcript, document, or notes and getting back a structured set of requirements with gap analysis and clarifications. Editing requirements after extraction does not consume additional runs.

What AI model do you use?

AX Requirements Studio uses Anthropic Claude (claude-3-5-sonnet by default) for extraction and gap analysis. Token usage is metered transparently and shown in your dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and your Pro plan stays active through the end of your current billing period, then drops to Free. We never charge cancellation fees.

Do you offer custom plans for larger teams?

Enterprise plans include unlimited projects, SSO/SAML, dedicated support, custom data retention, and on-prem/VPC deployment options. Contact [email protected] to discuss.

Where is my data stored?

Data is encrypted at rest and stored in Axtelica-managed infrastructure (DigitalOcean, US/EU regions). Transcripts are not used to train any AI model. Enterprise customers can request region pinning or BYO-cloud deployment.
